Items arrived without the wording on that was shown on order conformation. Emails and messages through Facebook page receives no response. Finally got through. No apology. No offer of refund or reduction. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed.

My order #310645 (WEB310645) was ordered on the 25th February, however I did not receive this order. This was ordered for a hen party in Barcelona, we did not receive the order while I was there therefore am extremely unhappy. I would like a refund as I did not receive the order when I should have. I paid for faster delivery and still did not receive my order. I received news today on the 10th March the has now arrived. However I am no longer in Barcelona. I am contacted your team numerous times while in Barcelona asking for a delivery update and no one could track my order efficiently. I am extremely disappointed and ruined the hen party. I would like a refund as I never received my order. This is unacceptable. Thank you,

Very disappointed!! The order arrived with missing stuff which already have been paid! I sent 2 emails to let you know and ask for refund and I have no answer! Will never order again!

Not worth even one star .. I have been in conversation with one of your colleagues. I ordered the t shirt thinking you can personalise whatever you want on it.. I wrote a birthday message thinking there will be no “bribe tribe” written on the t shirt. The instructions were no clear it doesn’t say that bribe tribe will remain. Also as a customer you can tell maybe I misunderstood this service so why didn’t anyone realise the customer, me, want a birthday t shirt ! And I want my money back but apparently I am not eligible for this ! I would never use this store ever again !

After placing two separate orders, and it stating the standard deliver was 3-5 days (not working days might I add), I received my first order after 6 days and my second order which was placed on 20th February still hasn’t arrived, and was needed for today. I therefore very disappointed as it has spoiled all that I had planned for my friends special day and will be seeking a full refund.

T-shirt sizes are incorrectly advertised!! Ordered a 3XL and received a L which is the you will get if you order XL, 2XL or 3XL. Absolutely ridiculous! Then they don't respond to your emails either. Great customer service - NOT!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! My order didn't arrive, and they refused to re-send or refund me, and am now being ignored by the customer services team. Buy elsewhere, not worth the hassle!

Very disappointed with this order. The t-shirts were labelled with the wrong sizes and after making a complaint even the next lot of t-shirts they sent we also the wrong size. I would advice people not to use this company but if you have I would strongly advise them to check the t-shirt size before the special day #angrycustomer

After sending 6 emails to the hen party superstore about products I received I was not happy with I’ve still not had any correspondence from them.. The products I recieved were damaged and nothing like what was seen on the website. If they have the time to send out several emails regarding reviews then surely they have the time to respond to a customer over items bought from them

If i could give less than 1 star i would purely on the customer service i received. I ordered 9 tshirts for my sisters hen do. When they arrived, the tshirts did not match the sizings that were ordered or printed on the bag, for example the 3xl i ordered stated it was 3xl on the bag but when opened it said xl on the label. When i contacted the store about this asking what can be done i got a very generic response blaming us for not choosing our sizes properly, suggesting we picked the size we’d usually wear as if thats not what we had done?! Ive been refused a refund and when i replied to the generic response i received over a week ago now ive just been ignored.

Still have not received my order! Can not get any answer when I call, I have emailed and messaged Facebook page and still nothing! They have a couple of other website pages too and I have contacted them on there aswel but shock no response! No refund given and nothing to show for the £40 I have spent! Trading standards sounds like a Very good idea!

Do not touch this company with a bargepole! Ordered four personalised t-shirts to be delivered three days before leaving for my hen party. They arrived almost a week late, whilst I was away on the party. Very expensive alternatives had to be bought at the last minute from a local business. I might as well have thrown my money in the bin as HPS say personalised items cannot be refunded. Very angry!

Ordered a personalised swimsuit for my fiancé for her hen party, however they sent the wrong swimsuit and despite emailing multiple times I’ve had no response. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stay away!!!

Do not reply on their next day delivery. Paid £6.99 for next day delivery, ordered on the Saturday (due to a personalized item i knew this would take an extra day) the item was due to arrive Tuesday. Called 2 times to chase on the Tuesday as my email was not replied to. I have emailed the company to ask for my delivery money back Monday but now is Wednesday and I have still not had a reply or any acknowledgement.

Bought standard hen party t shirts which were not personalised. Sizing very variable and very small so had to order more in larger sizes. Paid postage to return however told there was no refund as these were personalised items! Poor quality and small sizes so go elsewhere!

Customer service is shocking. Website states if you order your items before 4, they will be dispatched the same day. Made an order just after 3, paid for delivery before 1pm next day. Next day received an email stating the order had been dispatched. Should have been dispatched the day I ordered the items, not the day I was expecting to receive them. Emailed them 3 times and received no response, attempted to call them and got a voice message stating they are too busy after 20 mins being on hold. Been 2 weeks since I ordered the items and no one has contacted me or acknowledged the email!!!
