Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write your review, and for emailing us directly regarding this issue. I'm incredibly sorry about this picking error. While we try to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, occasionally errors can slip through within the warehouse. We received your email on Friday 22nd and the replacement item was sent in the post on the next working day, Monday 25th, via Royal Mail's 2nd Class Post service. When i received the veil the thing on top of it was broke as it was in a bag and not a box !

Awful! The size guide may as well be a foreign language and now I'm left with a t shirt that is only good for when I dye my hair not for my sister to use at her hen weekend!

Ordered our hen hoodies and heard nothing until they were delivered 2 weeks later. Always keep the customer in the loop. I didnt receive a courtesy call/email to apologise!

My order hasn’t arrived it’s been 9 working days! The money was taken. I have an email to say respond to this mail with any issues and it’s a no reply address. Please can someone contact me?

I haven’t received my order that was dispatched on the 18th January and no response to my voicemails/email/Facebook and callback request. Phone lines constantly busy. I’m cancelling translation at my bank if I don’t hear urgently! Very poor customer service. Louise

The mirrors weren’t very good quality at all. They aren’t a compact mirror that open up. It’s just a single side. And the print quality is poor. I wouldn’t buy these again.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We're always looking for ways to improve and we couldn't do this without customer feedback! Our pocket mirrors are one of our best-selling products, which we receive a lot of positive feedback about but I'm sorry that they did not meet your expectations. We choose to sell pocket mirrors rather than compact mirrors as these are much more affordable, and we know that when ordering for a large party of hens, the costs can soon mount up. We will look into stocking compact mirrors as a more luxurious option. I appreciate your comments about the print quality, as this is something we've been looking into recently. We are currently only able to print a faux-rose gold effect rather than the metallic foil that we use for our t-shirts. We've just acquired a new machine that will enable us to print metallic foil onto other products too, including mirrors, so watch this space! :) If there is anything we can help with, please contact us at support@henpartysuperstore.co.uk. I recently perchased the hen party bags in rose gold. I was really disappointed with the print on the bags it was not rose gold at all. I will be emailing a complaint through.

Hi Molly, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. I'm so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your gift bags. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a true rose gold foil paper print at the moment (although we are currently developing this option in our manufacturing department!) which is why we list the bags as featuring "a faux metallic print and not metallic foil". I must assure you that these stickers do look much more impressive once they're stuck onto the gift bags - they are our best selling gift bag design and we have received very little negative feedback about them. We do offer a gorgeous metallic rose gold print for all of our textile items such as tote bags and t-shirts which receive a lot of positive reviews. Sizing is absolutely terrible. Followed sizing charts exactly and nothing fits. Very disappointed

We offer a size guide online which details accurate measurements, and an approximate UK size for all t-shirt styles and sizes available. I can see that your order was placed on Monday 28th May (bank holiday monday) and that it contained personalised items. Expected date of dispatch was therefore Wednesday 30th May. Chosen delivery was ROI Priority Delivery which is a 3-6 working day delivery method. Delivery is therefore due on or before Thursday 7th June.
