I bought 9 hen boppers. Majority of them were broken, or the top parts fell off whilst wearing them. They were a big part of the hen and was really upset as we couldn't wear them. I wouldn't recommend the boppers to anyone as they are not good quality.

I have checked our stock and all of the items in our warehouse at the moment appear to be in good condition, so I would imagine that your items were either from a bad batch or damaged during transit. Unfortunately 10 days after placing my order, I still haven't received it and the hen party which I had ordered the products for has been and gone. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Hi Umbareen, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We're very sorry to hear that your order did not arrive on time for your event. Your order was dispatched as promptly as possible, allowing for the weekends, so was due to arrive within 5 days of you placing your order. All of our parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, who we find to be exceptionally reliable the vast majority of the time but of course, there is always a very slight chance that a parcel can go missing. I have emailed you to confirm your delivery address and have issued a full refund for the order which you did not receive. I'm still waiting on my order arriving, I ordered it over a week ago and paid extra for three day delivery it still hasn't arrived and I had to purchase my hats elsewhere at the last minute

I order a personalised gift bag I would assume a gift bag would be of a standard size small bag what I recieved was not. It is tiny u can I'd say just about fit 2 things in the bag not functional for a hen it wouldn't even be a standard small it would be an extra small bag if that very disappointed hens are expensive enough and now I have to go an repurchase new bags some where else nothing also kn your pages about returns where you go and says delivery returns there is no actual information about returns

We do state the dimensions of our gift bags on the product page on the website so that you can be sure they will be suitable for purpose before purchasing. Our returns information can currently be found on the "Easy Returns" page of our website, although we are currently working on a more in-depth and easy to use Help Desk page which is due to be released in the new year. Hi Beth, I have chased this up with Royal Mail and can see that delivery was attempted within the given timescale but unfortunately nobody was in to accept the parcel. The parcel is now waiting at your local delivery office for collection. Alternatively, you can rearrange delivery via the link I have sent in my email. Kind regards, Sophie

Tiara arrived broken, despite being able to place the order there were not enough sashes- then the incorrect number of dashes were delivered on time.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write your review, I'm sorry that you felt our service was not satisfactory. I have checked our email correspondence and unfortunately I cannot find any mention of damage to the tiara. We will happily replace any faulty goods so if we had been made aware of this, we would have issued a replacement. Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where we experience an inventory error. In this case, we contacted you offering an alternative or a refund as soon as we were aware of this error. I can only apologise for the confusion regarding the sash quantity, this was simply a human error. We did our best to ensure that the missing sashes were sent in time and since we had not heard from you regarding them not being delivered, presumed that they had arrived as expected. I purchased an order and when it had not arrived within 3 weeks I contacted you by email. The emails I received from your customer service were completely unsatisfactory. When I tried to make contact by telephone there was never any answer. More emails followed and I was told you cannot answer the phone as you do not have the man power to do so. You should not provide a contact number if nobody is going to answer the phone or this should be explained on the voicemail. I requested a refund which I received thankfully.I will never order from you again and I will also advise friends not to order as the order was never received and it meant I had to look elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing as a first time customer.

As you are aware, unfortunately we had a problem with our phone lines for approximately 2 weeks, meaning that not all of the voice messages left came through to us. This problem has now been solved and we are able to reach our usual standards of responding to all customer queries within 24 hours. Ordered on 12th, delivery was 'dispatched' on 15th. Shipping was supposed to take 3 days, it is now 23rd and still NO order. Asked them to supply a tracking number, and they have not replied. Very poor customer service & still no goods that i've paid for, not happy.
