The website is not easy to use especially from a mobile. Also I wanted to arrange the words on the back of my t shirt in a certain way and it wouldnt allow me to do so. I also entered a colon and the positioning of it is all wrong. Also the sizes are extremely small . The medium size is more like a small. Spent £12 each on 3 of these so not good value at all. Would not reccomend.

Hi Lesley, Apologies you are not satisfied with your order, I have had a look into your order for you and can see you have added colons to the back names, we would of printed then as they have been entered. We would advise to call if you want to make changes to designs or layouts, as the website is not designed to allow for you to do this. Our T-shirts are 100% cotton Fruit of the loom and we advise that they are true to size, apologies if you found the sizes to come up small, we have got a size guide available online with the measurements. I never got the delivery on time. As a result I didn't have any of it for the hen party and had to go and panic buy the day before the hens. I have emailed you and hope for a swiftly response and a full refund. I will say on a positive note when it did finally arrive yesterday the stuff looked well, personalised bags on the smaller side to what I thought but they looked well. Such a pity they didn't get delivered when promiaed

I ordered last week and it said 3-5working days. I have logged in and it is still showing as being processed. No updates, no contact but taken the money from my account straight away. Have messaged them so I will see if they respond to me. Shame as I have a huge amount of things to order. Just wanted to get one item to see how it was..... They should have messaged me to say it will not arrive my day 5. If not here beginning of next week I will be asking for my money back!

I paid for express delivery 1-2 days it was not dispatched until the last day that the package was supposed to be delivered!! To add insult my order was not complete. I did not know until I opened the package! It was circled with " out of stock" update your website so people don't pay for things you do not intend on selling !! Only plus side is when I emailed the company the next day they processed a refund for me ASAP. I will never use this website again and I will tell everyone not to.

Foot soak bursted in box and destroyed 20 of the dips. The cap broke on some bottles and leaked. Postman delivered box all ripped and soaking wet.

I was really looking forward to my hen night last week and despite ordering my items a week beforehand I'm still waiting for them two weeks later. I even went to the liberty of paying for 3-5 day delivery to ensure that my items arrived on time. That's £30 I'll never see again. Definitely won't be recommending your services to anyone else and will let them know how poor a service you provide.

I was very disappointed with the product I received. It is not big enough to fit an adults head and was cracked on receipt. Considering the postage charges I would have expected packaging to afford some sort of protection. Over all not impressed.

I ordered a tiara and due to the non existence packaging to protect it, it of course arrived in the post broken in two. Despite emailing you to advise this I have had absolutely no response to my request to provide a replacement.

Poor quality printing. wrong order sent and no one responded to me until after 4 days of emailing and voicemaiLs. Bought personalised chocolates but you have to do it yourself, all chocolates and stickers come separate! Not as described at all!

The head boppers all broke after 10 minutes of wearing them. The veil was so small I had to attach a new one.

I needed a specific costume for where I work and ordered it through your place of business. I have been waiting for a couple of weeks and never received the items I needed for my Halloween party at my place of employment. Therefore I got in trouble at work for not having a costume and was sent to him and lost money. I still haven't received the items I purchased and now I don't even want them I just want my money back

None of the delivery arrived in time for the hen party. - In fact none of the delivery arrived at all. I am still waiting for customer services to get back in touch with me a month after the wedding (two months after the Hen Do ) - They are really unhelpful.

Still waiting for my delivery 8 working days after dispatch. Need this order in 2 days. Not happy! Have tried calling but can never get through. Automated message said I will receive a call back in 24hours which never happened so I have left another message. Sent an email and requested a call back. Still nothing! Was meant to receive my delivery in 5 working days. Do not order from this website!!!
