“Have not recieved my package and have emailed to find out where it is and they have sent me a review email instead”

“Firstly after making the order early on a Friday afternoon I got an email the following Monday to say that my sashes were out of stock. Then I was told the next day that I would receive them 2-3 days later. 9 days later, the day before my hen party I have not received my sashes, or tiara, veil and L plate for the bride. I have emailed and called the company and no answer. I am absolutely disgusted and upset that I haven't even received a call/email from the company to apologise and I am now at the loss of €130, no sashes and no veil for the hen. DO NOT order from this company.”

“All the bags that I had purchased were ripped at the side is the weather in bad condition and they will set about very late, not happy with the service and I felt it was a waste of money as I had go out and purchase more bags.. Will not be using this company again”

“Items ordered 7.9.16 with next day delivery but items not received. Hen party is 10.9.16 with no goodies for our hen. Extra disappointed because I ordered from this site after Amazon order failed to arrive. I've emailed chasing order but no reply.”

“Unfortunately although I paid for next day delivery they were not delivered next day and missed the hen night which I was going away for. I am about to send the delivery back to you.”

“Poor at responding to emails. In fact they didn't respond the the numerous emails I sent after receiving stickers without the hen party date added or even an explanation. Will not be using this company again”

“My items arrived in good time however the customer service is non-existent. There seems to be no way to get on touch with this company, no one answers phones or e mail messages. I have to now settle for standard sashes...very unhappy!”

“Received the product in a unusable condition, smudged and looked to bad to use. I paid a lot of money for next day delivery too which was a massive waste of money. Brought the issue up with the company with no response, terrible customer service. I do not recommend, better companies out there.”

“Items purchased never arrived and when I requested a refund, I was requested to return the items I never had in my possession. When calling the store and requesting a call back twice 2 days ago, I haven't heard back from the store. Very disappointing!”

“I placed an order on 8th July for a Hen party on 16th July, (Reference #150457) It's 18th July and the Hen party has taken place and I still haven't received my order. I then had to make two trips across London to try and find stores that stock Hen party goods, ended up spending over £100 + the cost of the tubes and the travel time spent and missing out on the fun, neither shops had what I wanted/ordered and I had to buy alternative items. Very disappointed as one of the items I had ordered was personalised so the girls in the party haven't got anything personalised to remember the occasion. So disappointing and completely frustrating and almost ruined the hen do because I had to miss out on the Spa as I was running around London to try alternative items so at least we had something to reflect we were on a Hen Do. As I haven't received the goods, when I finally do, I shall be returning.”

“The toy racing snails delivered were junk! One's wind up mechanism broke the first time we used it. Others dont work properly. So we just had to throw them in the bin. Useless. Complete waste on money.”

“We ordered items for a hen do weekend and purchased next day delivery. The items did not arrive and we had to purchase elsewhere. The company do not respond to phone calls and it is almost impossible to get any feedback via Facebook or email. They have caused no end of stress and I am still without the £40 they took. I am contacting Trading Standards and raising it as a case with PayPal as basically this is just theft.”
