I ordered some personalised bags, I had paid for express shipping - and I was told that they would arrive guaranteed on Wednesday 10th May. They did not arrive in time, they arrived on Friday 12th may (2 days late, even though I had paid for the fast delivery). The bags did not arrive in time for the event, and I was unable to use them. Very dissapointing service. I also tried to call and email a number of times on the 10th and 11th, with no response. Extremely dissapointing service. I shall not be using Hen party superstore again.

Made an order 2 weeks ago, still have not received anything. Phoned up and they said it would be with my yesterday still nothing! Have been phoning all day and just get answering machine. I spent over £100 and don't know where my order is!!

Package went straight to pot Office Depot as postage hasn't been paid even though I had paid full postage to company!!

black net gloves ordered, very cheap quality but then they didn't cost much. Hole for the thumb, but strange holes elsewhere, large holes, did not coordinate to any finger such as middle finger or little finger (for latching, if that was the idea). Lots of edges coming undone, threads everywhere. Dreadful. So bad I threw them in the bin. I'm going to add that I just looked at the photo illustration and there is no hole for another finger, just the thumb, so my pair had extra, large, holes, on the edges where the band goes across the hand. And they were tiny, fit for a child, only came half way up my arm and I am not fat. Really bad product.

Paid extra for 2-3 days delivery items still have not arrived after a week. Was hoping to have items in time for Hen Party, hen party been and gone. Very disappointed 😞

I ordered 5 personalised sashes which should have said "Cheryl's Hen Weekend" but when I received them the name was mis-spelt as Chery's. They will not replace them free of charge so I asked if they would replace them at a reduced cost. I have not had the courtesy of a reply. Lesley Harris

Hi Lesley, You placed an order and gave us the details as Chery's as these were the details we received this is how we have processed them. The glasses are far to big and I cannot see through them. The hat is absolutely massive and won't stay on my head and the elastic on the tie is too tight. All in all very poor quality. I know it was cheap but thought the goods would be half decent & usable

Placed order. Was told will be dispatched next day. Have tried contacting via email and telephone and getting no response. Telephone is going to the singing answer machine. For a company that is highly recommended its a shame they cant live up to their name. So thanks henpartysuperstore. I now have an unhappy bride and 8 unhappy hens.

Hi Jemini, You placed the order on a Wednesday for personalised products which take 24hours to process, they were then dispatched on time on the 7th, personalised products are not advertised to be dispatched next day. You have then placed on a 3-5 working day delivery so the items still have time to arrive. I apologise you have not been able to get through to discuss this, I hope your items arrive on time. Sorry Lauren regarding my last comment about my order attempted at being delivered on the 4th and 5th, this is untrue as there is no record of it at the delivery office. Please send me on this reference number. Can someone please call me from your company I have been emailing and calling you guys for over a week!

Awful service! I paid for a next day delivery and 10 days later the parcel has not arrived! I have emailed you twice for a refund and have heard nothing back! Don't order from here- there are numerous complaints on there social media!

Hi Cathy, I have now looked into this for you, we do not seem to of received any emails regarding this, as your order was put on a next day delivery we are able to track it for you, i have now done this for you and can see you ordered on the 3rd and delivery was attempted on the 4th and the 5th and is now being held at the local postal office. I have still not received my order. I ordered items and paid for express delivery as I required my order for a hen party on Saturday (I placed my order on the Tuesday!). I have since sent two emails asking for a full refund and have been ignored. I will be taking the matter further. DO NOT order from this site.

Hi Louise, Apologies for this, I have now looked into this and can see the order was placed on the 28th, it was then also dispatched on the 28th and put on the tracked delivery, this was then marked as delivered on the 29th to yourself or a neighbour by the Royal Mail. Kind Regards Lauren

I placed my order with international tracking and paid extra for that. I needed to track it. I never got a tracking number and it turns out they didn't process my order with tracking, just regular shipping. I still do not have my order and I am leaving for bachlorette party Early friday morning. I need my order because it's gift bags and party supplies. Since I have no guarantee my order will be here before I leave, I have to go out and run around and try to rebuy all this type of stuff after work. I'm super disappointed because I don't have time for that and not even sure where I can buy this type of stuff. Next time I will stick with ordering from Amazon.

A serious review of your sizing is required. Classifying size 14-16 as extra extra large is absolutely ridiculous. Why does the wedding industry still seem hell bent on promoting the idea that 'bride' must = skinny?

Ordered party bags back in January for a hen do in April. Just went to start filling the hen bags to realise I haven't been sent enough even though I've paid for them. Plus one bag didn't even have a handle!! Requested SEVERAL callbacks, called personally AND emailed and haven't heard back in over 3 weeks. Terrible service!
