“The sizing is shocking, I am a 14 and the hens bridesmaids ordered me a large and it fitted my daughter who Is a size 6 to 8! This is why I ordered a size 20 !”

“My review is poor because I ordered 5 badges to say bridesmaid but I was sent 5 badges saying hen party. I then emailed to say this had happened but I have had no response! I checked my order form to ensure that it was not my mistake and it isn't.”

“Head boppers were broken due to inadequate packaging, I requested a call from their web page but did not receive one, so I called them, after being on hold for 15 minutes before I could speak to someone, I was in informed a replacement has been sent and a confirmation email? No email and 5 days later still no replacement, absolute rubbish, very poor service”

“Only half the items received. Contacted customer service who were supposed to sort it but 4 days later still no delivery. Very disappointed. Waited 9 days in total for this order. What happened to next day delivery?”

“I paid extra for quick delivery, which did not come to after hen party. However good customer service has saved yourselves. An apology, explanation and refund goes a long way. Due to this I will use your company again.”

“I'd like to request a refund and I'm not sure how. Paid for next day delivery... THREE days later the box arrives (as I'm already on the hen do) and even when I do open the box (to check if it was actually this delivery) the tiara is snapped and doesn't read 'bride to be' it reads 'to be'. When trying to message the post 9ffice to try and track my parcel they said the ref. Number they had given was fake, when I clearly received an email saying it was dispatched and on its way!!! Overall a MASSIVELY unnecessary stress before my best friends hen do. Seriously disappointed!!!!”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received, I placed an order with you on the 27th April and was told via an email that it would arrive by 5pm on the Friday 29th, by 4pm nothing had arrived, so I called to check that I would get it by 5 pm, I was told it was on the van and it would be with me. When it hadn't arrived at 5, I called again, but recorded message told me that the offices were now closed, 6.30 pm came and went, still no delivery !!!! Saturday morning also came and went with no sign of my parcel. Phoned the office, to now be informed that the offices were closed until Monday. As the Hen party was on Saturday, I was to say the least, quite upset by this. I then find out that it had been delivered to Hinckey main post office, ON SATURDAY. What was the point in giving my address details, if you had no intention of delivering it to my address. I would not recommend you to anybody.”

“I'm very sorry but it's impossible to write a review as I still haven't received my goods. I've have e-mailed you but heard no response and have rang you but dealt with a very unhelpful man. The hen party was last weekend and without the help of one of your competitors the hen party would have been ruined. This is the first bad review I have ever done - what a waste of £50.”

“I received my package which was a variety of different sweets they were not in any wrapper or box and the chocolate hearts were all Smashed from delivery I then tasted one of the smashed hearts which tasted stale. I am very disappointed with my order.”

“The badges I ordered were customised but the writing is so pale you can't even read them and the colours are so faded compared to the photo on the website. I have contacted them in order to return them and get a refund and have heard nothing!! Do not buy the pale blue badge with the yellow writing!!!”

“Great tshirts apart from one is misplelt, as there is no way of reviewing names typed on the back I have no way of knowing if this was mine or your mistake.. Tried to contact with 2 contact me forms filled in and still no contact made... Have hen weekend in 3 weeks now very upset!”

“Put a big order in for my hen party received a tiny size 20! Tshirt which I've argued for them to replace as a good will gesture considering the money I've spend. They refused , they want tshirt back and they will decide if they think it's a small size or not before they replace! Poor customer service”
