Customer service is shocking. Website states if you order your items before 4, they will be dispatched the same day. Made an order just after 3, paid for delivery before 1pm next day. Next day received an email stating the order had been dispatched. Should have been dispatched the day I ordered the items, not the day I was expecting to receive them. Emailed them 3 times and received no response, attempted to call them and got a voice message stating they are too busy after 20 mins being on hold. Been 2 weeks since I ordered the items and no one has contacted me or acknowledged the email!!!

I ordered some personalised drinks bottles for my bridesmaid and when they arrived the names was already starting to peel off. Very cheap looking and once they are washed they probably won't have anything on them any more

Sorry our order was a disaster ordered 5 tee shirts one out of the 5 fitted while the other s wernt the correct size Was then offered a refund for 2 but two is no good when 5 was ordered I really do think you need to look at your sizing it is way out

T-shirt sizing not explained well. Ended up with two unusable-shirts. Customer service was very rude and unhelpful.

I paid extra for 1-2 days delivery. Had to chase it and then they decided to send it out. Still charging me for extra postage. Then they sent 1 item missing. We were going abroad on a hen do and it meant I didn't have the little extras for the bride. Very disappointed and won't ever use this company again

Poor quality items recieved. Looked nothing like the website. When I complained I was asked to return the items at my own expense and no refund offered.

Item was fine however customer service was poor. I placed an order and within a few minutes sent an email to change one of the sizes on the t-shirt. Had a response a few days later telling me that t shirt had already been printed. They clearly don't read their emails. No apologies or anything. Poor!!

As you can appreciate these items are made to order so it is very difficult for us to change details once the order has already been placed. So we urge our customers to always double check the details at checkout as we cannot promise to be able to make any amendments. I see from email conversations between us and yourself there were a couple of days delay, but we did reply and we apologised for inconvenience in the email. We do try to get back to everyone as quickly as we can however during busy periods this can take 24-48 hours. Not received 2items hen party today. Informed company said would despatch ASAP 8days ago but not received so wouldn’t order again and no-refund offer even though nominal amount

Honestly, I’m not the one that makes the effort in writing a bad review. However, my order came about 3 weeks after the expected date and it was only shipped after I contacted customer service and asked where my delivery was. Then, when they replied, they told me that some of my order was out of stock and that they were going to refund me for these items since I had already paid for them. When I finally received the order, some items (I.e the customized champagne labels) looked nothing like the pictures. If they would have shown how the actual label looks, i wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. I wouldn’t say that I am happy with my experience with this company and wouldn’t buy from them again. However, the woman in customer service was very nice when I reached out to the company so that was a plus!

I still haven’t received my hen t short after reviveing a dispatched email a while ago now. The hen has already been and I didn’t have a t shirt to wear which was really disappointing :(

I have been asked to write a review when my items have still not arrived! I paid for 2 to 3 day delivery 9 days ago and still no parcel. Plus your customer service are rude and unhelpful speaking to me like I am stupid(email as phone number does not work) I would never use this company again, have no idea where the parcel is and receiving no help whatsoever from hensuperstore. If possible I would have given no stars!! Avoid at all costs

Hi Mel, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We're always looking to improve our service so I appreciate your feedback. I have looked into your situation and can see that your order was dispatched on time via the delivery method you selected Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days), for expected delivery by April 10th. You contacted us on the evening of 11th April to enquire about your parcel, which we replied to the next day with details regarding the delivery. We use Royal Mail to dispatch all orders, as we usually find them to be very reliable. Unfortunately, not all Royal Mail services come with a tracking option (although we do offer these delivery methods at checkout) so we were unable to track your order, as stated in our message. We checked our system to ensure the order was sent on time and to the correct delivery address and found that the address and dispatch timescale were both correct. Upon looking at the order, we noticed that the parcel would have been too large to fit through a letter box so would most likely have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour if no-one was in to accept the delivery, so suggested these options in our email reply to you. Unfortunately Royal Mail do sometimes attempt delivery during the five minutes you might have nipped to the shops or are otherwise preoccupied, so even a stay-at-home job might not ensure that delivery can be successful every time. I am so disappointed to hear that you felt we did not help enough as we aim to give every customer a great experience. Our standard practice in the case of a missing parcel is to send out a replacement order, but we do need to work out why the initial order didn't arrive to ensure the second order would arrive safely. This is why we ask the questions regarding delivery addresses and alternative delivery locations in our email but unfortunately you weren't able to check with your neighbours or in any "safe locations" for us. Although we were unable to further investigate the reason for the non-delivery, we issued a full refund for your order the next working day since the parcel had not been delivered. Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of Royal Mail for the lack of delivery, and for the inconvenience caused. I hope you all had a fantastic hen do despite the items not arriving with you. They missed a bridesmaid sash off of my order so I had to make a mad dash an hour away to the nearest city to get some more sashes.

Why is no one in your customer service team responding to my emails? Its nearly 4 weeks since you debit my money from my account and i have received nothing despite you telling me you have now sent it twice. how can you treat your customers in such an appalling manner?

Very very disappointed. I ordered T-shirt’s for my hen party in May and they never arrived in time. I paid the express shipping and still didn’t arrive. My brother just purchased T-shirt’s for my other brothers stag last week paid the express shipping and got an email days later saying on T-shirt was not in stock . As a company when something is paid for in express shipping I presume They would know it’s a rush. We even left extra days to make sure it would get there, when things go wrong any all you get is sorry and a refund . But it takes away hugely from the special items you have organized for your group for the event and the event itself. Devestated I even suggested my brother use your company after it happened to me. Two special events ruined.

The parcel was dispatched within 3 hours of the order being placed, to an address that we have confirmed with you. We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries as we find that they provide an excellent service, supported by a large proportion of our reviews listing quick delivery as one of our highlights. Unfortunately, as with all things, the deliveries do not always run 100% smoothly and parcels can occasionally get lost in the post.
