“They advertise some good value, low cost products, but the lowest cost products are usually out of stock which is annoying, and forces you to spend more. Otherwise a good selection. Products arrived in good time, but the sweets could have been double bagged as opposed to just thrown in. Some of the chocolate hearts were damaged.”

“Prompt delivery and good communication when contacted about expected delivery date. Was a bit disappointed with the quality of the veil and the personalised writing on the small stickers was blurry, poor quality compared to some purchased from another website.”

“Happy with the selection I couldn't fault the shot glasses they are huge and the hens loved the variety however the shot spinner was poor. Didn't come in pink like advertised and even on a flat surface still pointed one way. Cheaper to buy a bottle of wine and use that! So 50% happy 50%not happy.”

“be careful when ordering the edible cake toppers, they have had a bad batch and don't come of the sheets they are sent on. Sent an email asking how to remove and that's when hen party supermarket came back to say they have had a bad batch. Wasn't even offered a refund”

“I was very happy with the delivery and products although 4 of the rainbow drops I ordered were out of date! Please can you send me replacement ones as I am giving them as individual gifts in party bags in the next 3 days! Thanks!”

“Ordered some items as a surpise for my mums hendo. Ordered the personalised sweets to take away with us, to find 3 out of the 5 bags damaged and unable to use. So ruined the suprise as couldnt take them away with me. I complained and did get a refund and quick response so all in all good service.”

“The top itself is fine, a basic Tee with the print I chose on. However, I ordered this on Weds evening for a Hen do at the weekend and chose Next Day delivery. I emailed the team to say that there was an order going out on that Thursday to the rest of my Hen Party and could my top be added to the same print run so that it would arrive on the friday. They could even add it to the parcel to save on delivery if they wanted to - even though I had paid for it. If not and it wouldn't be shipped that day, please could they cancel it as it wouldn't arrive in time and wouldn't be needed. I had a curt response which said they would see what they could do but generally do need 24 hrs before delivery. I didn't hear anything else after that and unfortunately my top wasn't shipped until the Friday so it didn't arrive until after my holiday. I obviously can't return this as it's been personalised. I think Hen Party Superstore should have cancelled the order rather than process it and take my money, as it very clearly had the date on it for that weekend and they would have been able to see that it wouldn't arrive in time. And especially seeing as I had emailed to request that.”

“The items were as expected, delivery wasn't on time even though I'd paid for express, the tracking number given didn't work after trying to ring and being put on hold a number of times I finally got an email,my delivery charge will be refunded.”

“The parcel arrived a day later not impressed ,I paid extra postage £5.95, as well ,I sent you a email and called your business for someone to call me regarding the parcel not Ariving on time,I've never heard from you,only now when u want a review ,we'll hear it is not happy no one had the manners to call and email back.wont be using your website again.”

“Website was quick and easy to use and the game looks like it will be fun to play. However the box arrived with some damage and the contents were loose in the parcel bag. Shame as it's not very presentable and I will be giving it to the bride-to-be as a gift for her Hen Weekend. Never mind!”

“It took me ages to actually find the product I was looking for. The tshirt seems of good quality and looks good however I wanted 'Shagaluff ' but it came with ' Magaluff' instead ????”
