“Delivery was speedy and the quality is really good... the low score if for the pain I had ordering. the website is unbelievably slow and crashed twice. I called the contact centre about colours and after answering (that the option I wanted wasn't available) I was directed to order online again. If it wasn't for the Google certification I'd have abandoned purchase.”

“I ordered some bunny ears which when arrived; were broken. I am sure this probably happened when it was being delivered to me though.. Item arrived on time and promt so thanks for that :)”

“Game was really good but paid for express delivery and it arrived a day late, to the billing address not home address and have not had my delivery charge refunded”

“I ordered a box of organza bags and some paper party bags. Quick delivery but the paper bags had been squashed in transit as they were only sent in a grey postage bag with no protection. I did ring and was sent out some replacements but again were sent out the same way! I haven't bothered ringing again I will just get them elsewhere. Not sure I'll be ordering again though after my first and only experience”

“I was slightly disappointed as the colour on the badge was slightly faded, almost as if the colour in the printer was running out.”

“All as expected with the exception of the pink Smiffys Wig. Clearly Made for someone with a shrunken head!!!!! What a waste of money - so sad l did not try it when it arrived, packed it all for the hen weekend and recycled the invoice, so unable to return. Best buy was the inflatable man - a huge hit with all.”

“I ordered hen party bags which came very quickly! My only negative is that I thought the bags came ready made but the personalised bit on the front is a sticker so I have had to take time sit there sticking them on the bags! Not happy and wasn't explained when ordering. Considering how much I paid and how many I ordered I would think they would come as shown. Therefore disappointed but the idea is good just need to explain when ordering . Thanks”

“Good items but poor customer service and delivery. After paying for next working day delivery before 1pm, the items did not arrive. I left it until the end of the day before following up only to find that their office closed at 4.30 and would not be open until Monday - after the hen party. I emailed via the online contact form but never received a response. The items did arrive the next day which was good but inconvenient!”

“Ears are great but cuffs and neck collar are huge also tail is flat and not at all fluffy . Poor quality in my opinion for the price”

“Order arrived quickly, so very efficient, but they sent me silver bags when I ordered black as they had run out!... It has cost me money to return the bags, so not impressed. If I wanted silver bags I would have ordered them!!!!... Hence the 3* rating!!”
