“Banner and sash were as expected. Badges were poor quality and a few broke before we even started the night out.”

“I was really pleased with the speedy delivery. Sashes and accessories are brilliant, however I ordered a tiara and veil for my sisters hen party and on arrival its is completely broken and incredibly cheap looking. I was going to return but given the price of the tiara and the cost of posting it back it is completely pointless.”

“Good but one of the shot glasses was broken, also there was an extra sash which I did not order & some shot glasses where out of stock.”

“Products arrived and were of good quality however one package was substituted for a different one as it was out of stock! I would have expected to be contacted and asked about this rather than just being sent something different without asking.”

“Trying to place the order was confusing. I put in bank details and the site didn't confirm my order was placed and I had no email to confirm. Ended up placing the order twice. However, when I emailed customer services, Lauren couldn't have been more helpful. She cancelled one order and credited my card. Suggest you make sure it is clear that an order is placed and payment taken to save confusion.”

“Hi, was very disappointed that the boa I ordered for next day delivery did not arrive until at least 5 days later which really was too late. I actually ordered from you because next day was offered. The boa has now arrived and the colour is ideal but unfortunately the event I wanted it for has passed.”

“The range of products are fantastic. However on delivery a few of the gift bags were crushed; and whilst I ordered on the Saturday and paid for express delivery the goods did not arrive until the Friday”
