“Prompt delivery however the order was incorrect as 2 not 1 bride to be sashes were sent, also incorrect amount of hen party sashes were sent, have returned bride to be sash & asked for the order to be amended.”

“Hi I purchased a few things from you. One of them being a Bride to be Crown and the white fluff around this crown has very little on it and in some places it is bare. Can you please arrange to have another one sent. Sheila Wilton”

“Happy with my purchases, however I paid for next day delivery. My order was placed before 3pm Friday before a bank holiday weekend, but I still didn't receive it until Wednesday. I understand this is because of your holiday timings, but different businesses treat the bank holiday differently, so just an email to confirm the timings would have been appreciated! Thanks”

“Easy to use website and goods came very quickly but 2 of the items were damaged (shot glass necklace and flashing garter-White) I emailed to let them know but not hear anything back. Unfortunate really. Due to fly out next week so no time now. Shame. I'll have to repair garter but shouldn't have to do this really. Other stuff is fine and will look good”

“The product quality is good and we are happy with it. The only problem was it arrived late - it was ordered on the Tuesday night, promised to be next day delivery (paid extra for this) and it did not arrive until Friday morning which was a shame as it missed our deadline.”

“Happy with the fast delivery and items received. Easy payment and a great website which was well organised. Unfortunately one item a plastic Flute glass arrived damaged. After contacting customer services I still haven't heard anything back.”

“Although happy with goods received there was a mix up in the wording of if an item was free and when I rung to discuss it you thanked me pointing out your mistake and you took it down off your website to ovoid further confusion but it would have only cost you a few pounds to supply it to me FOC.”

“The website was easy to use and to update my basket, however, I couldn't change the billing address from the delivery address. Luckily I managed to catch them on the phone and they helpfully changed this for me, although it took several tries on the phone to speak to someone. I ordered some wings and these came dirty, as if they had been on display or worn before. I've emailed the website about this but had no reply. I tried to call but couldn't get through to anyone so I'm a bit disappointed as the hen do is soon. All other items were in good order and as shown on the website.”

“I was pleased with how quickly my order arrived but I ordered party bags & fillers in quantities of 6 - I got 6 of each of the fillers but only 5 bags, due to bank holidays it meant I had to make a special trip out to the shops to buy another bag which I found disappointing.”
