“There was a hiccup with my order and i thought it would'nt come in time but after speaking to Sophie as i needed it the next day she posted my parcel special del. so it arrived early morning the hen stuff was good quality and we had a great time using ths props etc. I will use this company again.”

“Really happy with my order! I ordered some personalised items and they were exactly how I wanted them. The customer service team were very helpful and responded within a couple of days via email. I’m looking forward to seeing the reaction of the bride and bride tribe when I give them their individual goodie bags filled with the goodies I purchased from Hen Party Superstore.”

“Fantastic selection and price. They didn’t have something in stock and put my order on hold without telling me. When I contacted customer service they were so helpful and she upgraded my shipping so I would have it in time. My advice to anyone order everything well in advance. Will use them again”

“Ordered bags , choc hearts, heart lollies & glow sticks. Everything seems fine except 2 broken lollys.so would advise to order extra. Good value for money. Wont be using everything till November but im sure it will be all good.”

“I ordered a personalised vest top & stickers for out hen party with 2 day delivery. They came when stated & were brilliant. The top looked amazing, unfortunately the stickers didn’t stick that well but overall please with my goods”

“Items turned up within a few days, I was missing a few things but I called the head office and it was rectified immediately and the rest of my items turned up 2 days later. I would use this company again.”

“There was a problem with my delivery but a lady called Sophie phoned me to firstly apologise and then with an update. I had also ordered wrong washes and I quickly received an email querying my order. Fabulous considering there were problems. Thank you, I will definitely be back.”
