“I placed my order with the correct shipping address. Yet my order was sent with just a city and the wrong zip. Then, I'm told I will have to reorder. Now of course without my first time discount. I'm very disappointed. I purchased $120 but wont be reordering. If I had entered my address in incorrectly, I could understand, but on my tracking order my address is clear.”
“I wouldn’t know. I sent several messages stating that my package was not delivered to my mailbox as the tracking states. I still haven’t heard back from anyone.”

“I placed an order August 19th, got a notification that it would ship August 24th. I contacted them on the 25th since my order still said "Ready to ship". I was hoping they could ship my second order with the first one since I had to move. I placed my second order and received it 2 days later at my new address but the first package still shows "ready to ship". I finally find another way to contact them on the website. They claim usps didn't scan a batch of orders and they would resend it out. I find it funny because suddenly the next day the first package shows it was dropped off at usps and was in transit. They claim they made a new package and shipped it out but if you did it would have a new tracking number. I've waited the 2-4 day processing time for them to resend my package out and they are doing the same thing. Their reply to my email was they would reship it next day. That was August 31st, here it is sept. 4th.”
