I never receive my items on time, it took several weeks and sometimes over a month for my soap to be delivered. I like the soap, but it's just not worth the hassle. “Never received my package. This company blamed it on USPS and they kept my shipping stating there was an error with my address. Sent order confirmation with address to show I entered the address correct but they still held my shipping but gave me the refund of what I purchased. Though it wasn’t an error on my part they state that it’s policy to hold shipping cost. Will not order from this company again!”
“Placed an order in the first few days of December & just got it today. Thats 3 weeks. Unacceptable!! When I finally open my package it was not the soaps I wanted. Someone on their team decided to substitute the missing soaps instead of sending me an email asking if I wanted to substitute or if I would rather wait. This is also unacceptable & frustrating since this was a Christmas gift. They've messed up 2 out of the 4 orders I've placed with them. If it wasnt for my son, I would never order from them again. They cant ever get it right & the shipping takes too damn long & the presentation lacks!”
