I should have read the reviews before ordering online. Had I known that Hermes ships FedEx who requires an in person signature and cannot pick up at an FedEx location after missed attempt, I would have never placed an order. I will not be buying anything from Hermes given the online fiasco and sunk shipping costs for 2 day delivery. What a waste of money.

They initially lured me in with promises of high returns on investments, supported by what seemed to be professional advice and convincing performance reports.

I am sharing my experience to alert others about a scam broker who promised me significant returns but ultimately vanished with my investment. Thankfully, I was able to retrieve my funds with the assistance of S P E C T R U M - C R E S T, a reputable recovery service. I highly recommend and seek assistance from reliable sources like S P E C T R U M - C R E S T if you have been a victim of a similar scam.

Refunds - Difficult

Sent package with tracking on 2021 January 21. I can see the package on their hand. Contacted customer service first time an told me to wait more Contacted a second time and told me to fill form for paid back. now they refuse to refund the lost package, because is more then 1 month after sending package (and they told me first time to wait more)... the insurance is useless if it expire after 1 month Not very serious.

I sold my 6 year old sons electric scooter (brand new) brought the wrong one and left too late to get refund so sold it to someone in Birmingham and this was July 3rd the scooter made it all the way up to Birmingham only to go "MISSING" that day what a coincidence!!!!!!! 3 weeks I still haven't had an apology and the phone number has blocked me from getting through!!!! I messaged on facebook, Twitter,their website and rang copius amounts of times but was IGNORED!!! Disgusting vile pigs i have had tears over this as they aren't even compensating and they are liable for it going missing so the funds from the sale were refunded to buyer and my son has to now wait to get another one as we dont have trees that grow money.

I live between Newport and Cowes on the Isle of Wight and have had excellent service from my Hermes delivery man. He is professional and friendly and always on time. He works so hard as we see him when we are out at different places on the Island. I award him a gold star but he should have much more. Thank you young man.

Hermes have had a lot of bad press this past week but I have to say that the service in Torrington is excellent. The drivers are polite and helpful and deliveries are normally on time.
