“I normally take a size 11 shoe and these were plenty long enough, but a little narrow so returned them. I now have 7 pairs of dudes and generally love them so am not put off.”

“The shoes arrived in good order but quickly showed signs of wear and tear a little scrkuffyuffy perhaps first thought these will not last long.. not going to last long”

“The shoes ordered where too small. I sent thumbtack at my own expense requesting larger size. A refund was issued as they didn't have the larger size but they never informed me.”

“I bought a pair in a shop liked them ordered more online 6 June it's now 18 and I have not received them. the company has been responsive (despite the awful lingo which is irritating when you are awaiting an order that never comes) - but it's out of their hands once it's with parcel force so good luck”

“I Have bought many pairs of dude shoes without a problem over the years,but unfortunately I’ve just received my latest order and I’m very disappointed with them the colour is very different than shown on-line it doesn’t look like the same advertised shoe :( Oh dear”

“I gave this a 3 star for the reason being. I've always wore a size 9. So I ordered 3 pairs of size 9's and they were too small. So I had to return them. Annoyingly though the shoes I ordered had sold out of the size 10 so I had to opt for a refund. Customer service I will commend. The customer representative was kind, helpful and apologetic. I've returned the shoes and the day they arrived at Dude shoes, a refund was issued with the standard 3 to 5 day waiting to complete. I will buy again. I'm not put off. Just unfortunate.”

Hey, We are sorry to hear that the fit of the Moka shoes did not suit you. These shoes are a very wide fitting shoe, you may find some of our other styles such as the Carpi or Ferrara shoes a better fit due to their narrower sole profile.
