“My partner likes his new Dudes however the little bottle attached was undone at the pin, its far to small to fasten when attached to the shoe. All they did when I let them know was send me another one, which is exactly the same. Very unhappy customer”

“Having previously owned another pair of really comfortable hey dude shoes. I ordered another pair for work. This pair seem alot smaller in size and cut into my foot where the elastic is sewn so have to wear padded plasters everytime I wear them”

“Although I love dudes flip flops I was very disappointed with the new pair of Sava Funk Wenge Canvas flip flops that arrived. I regularly buy a new pair every year from Treds, unfortunately they no longer exist. For some reason you have changed the design of the flip flop from a wide comfortable fit to a narrow fit, WHY. I did photos of the old design but did not get a reply. Where can I get the old design from.”

“Unfortunately, I’m a bit disappointed with the purchase of my 4th pair of Dudes. Loved my 1st 3 pair. Ordered the same size, however, this pair is larger than the others by about half a size. Not sure if I’ll keep them (and wear socks),return them, or give them away. 🤷‍♂️”

“The second pair Dude Wendy Rise are not as comfortable as my first pair/Wendy Washed Citadel Blue . Why?. Cannot return as i have tried to wear them Around the House hoping they will soften with wear. I love the first pair Wear them everywhere .”

“Very pleased with delivery and quality but disappointed with returns procedure. Could not download Royal Mail returns form. Consequentially it cost £8.80 to return the shoes.”

“The Sava flip flops look great and are comfy, but if you're buying them because they are advertised as having a memory foam footbed then be warned. If like the rest of the world you expect your memory foam to have viscoelastic properties that slowly form to the shape of your foot then you will be disappointed. This memory foam is just like normal foam - purely elastic with no shape-hugging properties. Whether it's dodgy marketing spin (as I think it is) or some new wonder material that no one else is using, treat these flip flops like any other comfy and good looking shoe.”

“The shoes are a nice design and the material is quite flimsy - so they feel more like an espadrille - which is fine but think for this reason they are overpriced”

“Last pair so comfortable, new pair came last wk. Wore once, both heels cut and bleeding. Think elastic band around heels may be too tight and lumpy. Will try again but may have to return.”
