“I think I’ve found a little gem Heze! I recently ordered a table from this company and I’m really happy with the quality and the service. It’s a UK business with local delivery, not shipped from China, which is great. The website is easy to use and you can receive some good discount codes too. Placing the order was super simple, no issues at all. I called to ask about the delivery date and they were happy to arrange a day that worked for me. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I paid with Paypal, so splitting the cost into instalments was really handy. Very pleased and would recommend the store!”

“We had a really friendly welcome to the showroom to look at an item we had seen online. We were shown the different options, how the table expanded and were offered the option of a custom made table in the size/wood we wanted at a great price. Communication was excellent at every stage with Joanna and delivery was within the time given when ordering. We are really happy with pur table.”

“We purchased a Ruston extendable dining table and are very pleased with it! It’s high quality, well packaged and protected in transit and was easy to assemble by the two of us. It looks like the pictures and is easily extended when needed (two extended tops must be kept elsewhere when not in use). The delivery took a bit longer than expected but customer service answered my query promptly and the table arrived within the next week. We are really happy with this high end dining table, well worth the wait and money!”

“I bought the Ruston table which I love but very stupidly damaged the top during assembly (my fault). I telephoned to ask if replacement possible. The staff were so helpful and I had a new top dispatched in a couple of days. Great table and great customer service.”

“Extremely satisfied with our purchase! The bed is a great value for the money—well-packed, with ample storage space, and has the width of a king-size bed. The mattress is a bit on the firm side, but it’s perfect for us. The customer service was top-notch—responsive and supportive throughout. The delivery was seamless, and the delivery man was not only friendly but also went above and beyond by carrying our bed up to the second floor without a single complaint. Highly recommend!”

“I have bought sofa bed and kitchen from Heze. Very Good quality kitchen and excellent customer service which helped me complete my kitchen project.
