“Very efficient company and you are able to speak to real people regarding queries (rather than AI!). Our table was ordered and although the delivery time was specified as 25 days we received it much earlier. This small company cares about its customers and we would recommend them - with a special thanks to Kinga!”

“In the process of shopping around for a kitchen I discovered Heze Furniture (Kitchens) in my case. They seemed to have a decent range of kitchens at competitive market prices. I was having trouble because I couldn't find a compatible kitchen size, patience and good customer service prevailed (Joanne) ...good buying experience.”

“I recently purchased a kitchen from Heze and I’m extremely impressed! The kitchen hasn’t been assembled yet, but once it is, I’ll post another review. So far, the whole service has been amazing. The kitchen specialist was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was quick, and the quality of the products is really top-notch. I’ve compared Heze kitchen with many other companies like Wren, B&Q, IKEA, and Kitchens, and honestly, Heze stands out in every way – price, quality, and customer service. Truly top, top, top!”

“Ordered a table. I have to give them a lot of credit for delivery. My table arrived on the pallet and that made me worried when I first noticed that on the tracking, but packaging was perfect and heavily secured. I’m really happy with the quality and planning to order a matching coffee table for my living room after Christmas.”

“My vanity unit arrived on time and they even called me to confirm the time for delivery. Great product, and my husband managed to put it together in 40 minutes. Had to ring the company to confirm one step when assembling, and they were very helpful. Would definitely order again.”

“I think I’ve found a little gem Heze! I recently ordered a table from this company and I’m really happy with the quality and the service. It’s a UK business with local delivery, not shipped from China, which is great. The website is easy to use and you can receive some good discount codes too. Placing the order was super simple, no issues at all. I called to ask about the delivery date and they were happy to arrange a day that worked for me. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I paid with Paypal, so splitting the cost into instalments was really handy. Very pleased and would recommend the store!”

“TV Unit is just what we were looking for. Quality good, Didn’t realize it came flat packed though as no mention of this on website. Lack of communication from Heze re delivery and had to chase several times. Eventually furniture arrived on a pallet outer boxes very wet and torn but luckily unit was not damaged.”

“I still haven’t received the table. I took a day off yesterday to be able to meet the transportation driver, rang them a few times and was consistently told that it was on its way but nothing. I waited until 7pm and no sign of them.”

“Have no idea what our piece of furniture is like as haven’t had it delivered yet by parcel force who i have to say absolutely rubbish and will never use them again booked a re delivery for Saturday but never turned up so no idea when it’s coming Not impressed”
