“My vanity unit arrived on time and they even called me to confirm the time for delivery. Great product, and my husband managed to put it together in 40 minutes. Had to ring the company to confirm one step when assembling, and they were very helpful. Would definitely order again.”

“I think I’ve found a little gem Heze! I recently ordered a table from this company and I’m really happy with the quality and the service. It’s a UK business with local delivery, not shipped from China, which is great. The website is easy to use and you can receive some good discount codes too. Placing the order was super simple, no issues at all. I called to ask about the delivery date and they were happy to arrange a day that worked for me. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I paid with Paypal, so splitting the cost into instalments was really handy. Very pleased and would recommend the store!”

“TV Unit is just what we were looking for. Quality good, Didn’t realize it came flat packed though as no mention of this on website. Lack of communication from Heze re delivery and had to chase several times. Eventually furniture arrived on a pallet outer boxes very wet and torn but luckily unit was not damaged.”

“Ordered a few more pieces from Heze after I was really happy with my first order. The team was very helpful again and even checked additional measurements with the manufacturer for me. I love my new furniture and would definitely recommend Heze if you’re looking for something that doesn’t feel like cardboard :)”

“I still haven’t received the table. I took a day off yesterday to be able to meet the transportation driver, rang them a few times and was consistently told that it was on its way but nothing. I waited until 7pm and no sign of them.”

“Have no idea what our piece of furniture is like as haven’t had it delivered yet by parcel force who i have to say absolutely rubbish and will never use them again booked a re delivery for Saturday but never turned up so no idea when it’s coming Not impressed”

“When I bought the furniture it said it would be delivered within 10 working days, this was not met. It ended up being 13 working days. I am happy with the 2 wardrobes I bought, the only issue was that there were no instructions in the first one I started to build. The instructions were emailed to me after a phone call.”

“We had a really friendly welcome to the showroom to look at an item we had seen online. We were shown the different options, how the table expanded and were offered the option of a custom made table in the size/wood we wanted at a great price. Communication was excellent at every stage with Joanna and delivery was within the time given when ordering. We are really happy with pur table.”

“We purchased a Ruston extendable dining table and are very pleased with it! It’s high quality, well packaged and protected in transit and was easy to assemble by the two of us. It looks like the pictures and is easily extended when needed (two extended tops must be kept elsewhere when not in use). The delivery took a bit longer than expected but customer service answered my query promptly and the table arrived within the next week. We are really happy with this high end dining table, well worth the wait and money!”

“The positives, The unit is beautiful and the customer service is very good and helpful. The negatives! I was extremely shocked that it was delivered as a flat pack! For the price, it's very expensive to then have to build it yourself! The instructions are really poor and you would expect the parts to be numbered. We had an issue with 2 of the metal brackets snapping as such poor Quality. I also need to ask for a replacement drawer back panel as the screws they provide are just not suitable and should be panel pins as they are too big and therefore it's impossible for them not to bust the wood, either that or the holes should be pre drilled! Lovely looking unit but not worth the price, it's at least £100 too expensive!”

“Item arrived 5 and a half weeks later rather than the expected date. 1 piece arrived damaged which was extremely disappointing… still unresolved. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again, terrible whole experience”

“I like the flexibility and design of this table however emailed Heze twice with no response re a lot of self assembly which is not mentioned, terrible instructions and the top is a different colour to the beech slatted base. The pattern does not match when you add the inserts.”

“Can't review something I still haven't received. Now day 22 on a 10 working day delivery. Courier attempted delivery when I was out no card left to be able to contact them. Not impressed.”
