“Mirror was great!
My main piece of feedback is that the shipping costs for the mirror film that I bought was exorbitant. I can understand that shipping an actual glass mirror would be costly, but a roll of film?”

Thank you for the positive feedback! I did check into this and the film is very difficult package without creasing it, so we do ship it in a tube which is more expensive. I know it does seem strange since it is not fragile in the way that glass is.

“Am considering asking for a refund. I purchased this for the sliding doors in my family room leading into my yard. The idea was to keep people from being able to see inside my family room from the outside, for privacy and security purposes. Works during the day, but in the evening, the effect is completely the opposite; From the inside, I cannot see outside at all, the window is completely mirrored out...but you can see very clearly inside the room from outside the window. Advantage: burglars. This was not explained to me previous to purchase and completely defeats the purpose of why I purchased the product. Why would I want to give potential intruders the advantage in the evenings of being able to look inside my family room and seeing me clearly...while I cannot see anything outside of the window...it is like I am looking at a mirror. I am a sitting duck. Explanation please? Very embarrassed when friends come over. Very frustrated and unhappy customer.”

“Great products and quality, but a little too pricey. A local place sold me the two way glass and acrylic significantly cheaper. The frame was excellent though and i loved it, but also expensive. Much cheaper to do it myself. For a DIY project, cost is important.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! There are many costs associated with storing a high volume of glass and acrylic so we can deliver super fast with a really high quality. Local glass shops may or may not stock these items for quick delivery. I'd love to see pictures sometime of your completed project/gift! :)
