We bought a bed on the 21 Nov online received a text confirming delivery will be on the 25 Nov. Since then they have been postponing the delivery just received a text that says its on tje 12th Dec now. I am so disappointed with the way the been handling this matter we logged complaints called their customer care promises to deliver have fallen short. I will never again purchase with you guys you have very bad customer service.

I ordered a bed on the 10th of October and was given a delivery date of 16th of October, I used they WhatsApp Portal to reschedule the delivery for the 18th , come the 17th I'm given another date of the 20th and mind you the 18th has not been cancelled, I called the center to ask To finout why the double dates they assured me the delivery will be done on the 18th no later then 5pm.
