"Awful awful awful weird rude customer service team awful! Ordered a 1 x \u00a310 voucher and got the code went to redeem and they have blocked the code asked the online chat on their website and told just ring fraud team wtf ? lol \ud83d\ude02 so I did and they investigated a ten pound voucher anyway after giving me the all clear after asking ridiculous irrelevant questions get a email few hours later they cleared it and I can now reedem it \u2026 but I can\u2019t it\u2019s still blocked rang back and again rude lady makes you feel like a criminal for a \u00a310 voucher!!!!!!! 16 minutes later after she puts me on hold they put the phone down I know it wasn\u2019t me as I had the phone on speaker on the side so awful awful people and never would ever buy here again how absolutely ridiculous! And still has not been resolved after multiple emails AVOID AAVOID AVOID and to that rude lady hope you have a awful week\u263a\ufe0f"

"I ordered hundreds of pounds of Christmas vouchers for my team. I'd left plenty of time to allow for the postage strike (ordered on 14th DEC) but one voucher still hasn't arrived as of 28th DEC. \r\n\r\nMy personal messages weren't added to any of the cards so they didn't know who had sent them. The cards weren't the ones I hadn't chosen. I had deliberately chosen conservative looking cards for emphatic reasons but they sent cartoon snowman cards. The vouchers weren't even put int the slots of the cards, just chucked in the envelope separately so the recipients could have easily thrown them away not knowing it contained anything. The delivery note didn't have an initial for the packer either.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nTerrible service! Stay clear."
