Ordered a 1 x £10 voucher and got the code went to redeem and they have blocked the code asked the online chat on their website and told just ring fraud team wtf ? lol 😂 so I did and they investigated a ten pound voucher anyway after giving me the all clear after asking ridiculous irrelevant questions get a email few hours later they cleared it and I can now reedem it … but I can’t it’s still blocked rang back and again rude lady makes you feel like a criminal for a £10 voucher!!!!!!! 16 minutes later after she puts me on hold they put the phone down I know it wasn’t me as I had the phone on speaker on the side so awful awful people and never would ever buy here again how absolutely ridiculous! And still has not been resolved after multiple emails AVOID AAVOID AVOID and to that rude lady hope you have a awful week☺️”

“I ordered hundreds of pounds of Christmas vouchers for my team. I'd left plenty of time to allow for the postage strike (ordered on 14th DEC) but one voucher still hasn't arrived as of 28th DEC.
My personal messages weren't added to any of the cards so they didn't know who had sent them. The cards weren't the ones I hadn't chosen. I had deliberately chosen conservative looking cards for emphatic reasons but they sent cartoon snowman cards. The vouchers weren't even put int the slots of the cards, just chucked in the envelope separately so the recipients could have easily thrown them away not knowing it contained anything. The delivery note didn't have an initial for the packer either.

“I was given a paper voucher by a friend she didnt receive a card i coudnt use at garden centre had a number not goodd enough of text messages and was told that because it wasnt an in house product that they couldn't check if a card was sent out not good enough this leave the elderly friend 25 pounds oout of pocket”

When I rang to enquire, I was told it was due to a glitch in their system, & was offered either a refund or re-order. It was too late now for the birthday so I opted for the refund. They seem happy to turn away £60 & my future custom: the person I spoke to seemed completely indifferent & didn't even apologise, at least not until I gave them a bad review elsewhere!”
