“If possible I would give zero stars for the service that we received. The taking ownership of the vehicle was a problem as they couldnt deliver when promised and promised compensation for the inconvenience. It took 2 months for them to sort out even with me chasing and then the compensation was less than promised. We were promised 3 years breakdown cover which isnt worth the paper that its written on. We have never received a V5 log book so when we called the DVLA we were informed that the ownership had never been transferred over to us. Absolutely shocking service. Would never recommend them again.”

“At the time, Hilton Car Super Market was a marvellous option because you now can not pay to visit all the different dealers. I was able to find the car I wanted from the comfort of my house with hardly any face-to-face interaction.”
