“Ordered a newspaper for a Christmas present. Delivery date passed but was sent a replacement next day delivery to ensure I had one for Christmas as it didn't look like first order was coming. Both came on same day. In process of sending additional one back but huge thanks to the team and in particular the rapid response to emails sent. Would certainly use again, great customer service and seems delay was down to Royal Mail.”

“The carrier says the address is not good while it's perfectly fine, so the newspaper has been sent back to you. You are sending me an email to ask money to resend it without asking first if I'm right ! I don't know if I could do that with my clients...”
