“This is a lovely gift, especially for someone celebrating a milestone birthday. The presentation box and certificate add the extra wow factor. Easy to order, no hold ups on delivery. Bought for my son’s 40th. Love it and think he will too.”

“This was a beautiful gift from my elder brother - superbly presented in a lovely box which ensured it arrived in pristine condition. It also arrived well in time for my 60th birthday. It's interesting to see how much the style of the newspaper has changed over the years and to realise how much information used to be included on just one page! It will keep me entertained for some time to come as there is such a lot to read and fascinating to know what has occurred on my birthday over the years. I was aware of the Yuri Gagarin space story, but little else. Certainly a gift I would recommend to others - thank you.”

“My only problem was that the newspaper I wanted (The Times) was not available. I was then offered the Guardian only to be told that was. not available. Finally settled on the Scottish Daily Mail which was available but really not what I wanted. So a bit disappointed. Other than that the service was just fine.”

“Great service. Arrived super quickly. I didn't go with a presentation box, so it comes in plastic - which was fine for me. A really fun idea - I wanted a copy of the Guardian from the day 15 years ago that my husband and I go married. It's been fun to read through and see how much has changed (and how little). A fair price for what you get, the newspaper was in excellent condition, and it arrived quickly.”

“Very good overall but several pages are faded and of very weak print, there is little consistency in print throughout the book, ranging from faded and weak to almost over-inked. I found this rather disappointing and could let you know the dates in question. Poor quality control I fear. Can this be bettered nor least that it is the 80th Birthday present for my Brother.”

“It was a 40th birthday gift sent to me by a really great friend. Best present I got. I Absolutely Loved it, even the blue gift box it came in, the writing on it is amazing, makes it look so special -and of course it is! I even took a sniff of the newspaper after realising it was an original and how authentic it was. Amazing gift idea !!”
