“I am so happy with this purchase ♥️ I have bought it for my husband’s 60th Birthday in March. So ??? I think at this time, we can’t get together, go out for a family celebration ? But you still want to mark the day with something special. I think this is that gift ? Thanks ?”

“Great product but only three stars due to ordering and follow up system. 1st Ordering System - relatively easy but when I went back to check the information I had put in, it didn't hold my original input. I had ordered the item to be embossed and it wasn't which I didn't realise until it actually arrived. 2nd Follow Up System - I ordered my product late on Friday afternoon and then realised that I should have entered the recipient's full name and not just first name on the certificate. I tried ringing but the office had closed for the weekend so sent an email and also online message. Unfortunately, the production team work 24/7 but the admin team only 9 - 5 Monday to Friday (??) so, by the time they got back to me on the Monday, it was too late and the item had already been produced. To be fair though, the item is brilliant and an amazing gift - just be careful when checking your input and NEVER order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend! Update: Since posting this review, the company has offered to refund my postage as a gesture of good will which I am happy to accept as it shows they read and take reviews seriously. I am, therefore, upgrading to four stars for good customer service. Still love the product!”

“I bought this presentation newspaper for my son’s 40th birthday. It came very quickly and my son was pleased. As it was a present and I didn’t see the item I can’t judge. I think it was expensive but ok I suppose for a special birthday.”

“I was disappointed to learn that the newspaper I had ordered was too damaged to be sent. It was a special present for my brother’s 75th. Of course, much better to be informed and I appreciate that the newspaper was not examined until just before dispatch. The refund was correctly processed.”

Thought about sending flowers which would cost about £45 and be dead in a week and probably others would do the same., Decided on a 90th Birthday Book. Purchased the top of the line, leather-bound in a gift box which cost me £73 delivered and which she can pass down for generations to come.”

“The product itself was absolutely wonderful and my dad was so pleased. it was his 90th birthday and I've never seen him look so chuffed about anything. The reason for the 4 and not 5 rating is because it actually arrived two days after his birthday despite me ordering it a full week before which was extremely disappointing but overall very happy.”
