“I’m over the moon with this wonderful item. I’ve bought it as an 80th birthday present and am so excited to see my friend’s reaction when he opens it. The quality is superb and better than I hoped or imagined it would be. A perfect gift at an affordable price and I can’t recommend it highly enough. A great gift for the person, male or female, who has everything.”

“I'm afraid this has to be a 3 star rating. Quality of the product is fine but the fact that I contacted the company a few minutes after ordering the product to have the inscription on the cover amended and then no proof was sent before the product cover was dispatched was deeply disappointing. And then when I rang and spoke to Rachel to be told my consumer rights didn't apply as the inscription was for a specific person compounded my disappointment. I suggest the company needs to review its ordering process and introduce a stage to allow the purchaser to review/approve their order before the product is printed and bound.”

“With my eldest son turning 40 it was an event to commemorate. The idea of a classic whisky was an obvious one and the idea about an appropriately dated paper was suggested by my wife. Historic Newspapers had all the options and it was easy to order. The combined gift set arrived quickly and in excellent order. “I Ordered a birthday present 5 days to deliver I actually had to phone them to find out where it was , they told me a pack of lies about they tried to deliver even though they admit no card was left .. never attempted to redelivery until I phoned them (present was late ).. they had my phone number so they could have phoned me they never did .. paid extra for delivery what a Joke Please avoid terrible customer service, no apologies no compensation ,…. Businesses like this should not be around …”

“This is for a 60th birthday present so has not been given yet, however I am very impressed with the book and its contents and I am sure the recipient will love it going back to the time when he used to go to the match! Have only one little nitpick and would maybe have liked the message we chose for inside the front of the book to have been bigger and maybe not in italics (he has poor eyesight). “I can't really say exactly how the product was although the concept was wonderful. This was a gift sent directly to an elderly person who seemed to like it very much. She suffers from dementia so we aren't 100% clear how much she was able to remember. We were just hoping that it might trigger some memories of her life. I think the idea is brilliant!”
