“On Friday 18th May, from the other side of the world, I ordered a 100 year old London Times as a gift for a friend. I then sent an email seeking assurance that it would arrive in Melbourne in time for his 100th birthday. The next morning I received a response saying that delivery was scheduled for 22 May. It arrived on that day, after only 4 or 5 days - from the other side of the world. Great service”

“I ordered a newspaper from 1938 and a classic gift box for my Mother’s birthday, and I was delighted with what I received! It arrived on time, and wrapped in tissue paper, presented beautifully. You never really know what you’re going to get when you order things like this, but I took the risk, and now I think it’s going to really make her birthday. The gift box is worth buying because it makes more of a present, and it’s well made and stylish. I’m going to order more for presents for family, because there’s a limit to what you can buy for people year after year and still make it special and this hits the mark perfectly. The certificate inside looks fantastic and adds the final touch, it’s printed on decent paper too, I’m fussy about these things!”

“This is my first order that did not involve the original newspaper and I have to say I am very disappointed. The standard of the photocopied pages is poor, there is little or no resolution to the photographs and all in all it is a poor quality product. Surely in todays digital age there is a better way to reproduce the pages rather than just photocopying them ?”

“A fantastic gift, newspaper at 50 years old was in immaculate condition. The deluxe box was superb as I had bought a broad sheet paper, The Daily Mail, and it houses it without further folding. The certificate is a lovely touch to leave a personalised message to the recipient. Historic newspapers have a facility on their site where you can view the status of your order from purchase to despatch and delivery. The whole transaction was very easy and the gift definitely exceeded my expectations, certainly worth a 5* review”

“Struggling to find a present for a best friends 50th, I came across this site. He's a massive Norwich fan so a history of the team in newspaper form was ideal. Dating back to 1908 and including 2016-17 season the book is full of reports from years gone by. Along with this you get any other sports stories that were on the page of that day. The book is beautifully presented and clear to read. I opted for the black & white version to keep it authentic and my mate loves it. Delivery was fast and packaging was perfect. I would highly recommend both these books and this company if your looking for something for an avid football fan.”
