“The company themselves provided an excellent service and the year book was good and much appreciated by the recipient on his 80th birthday. Unfortunately the parcel company they used let them down. Despite paying for priority delivery as it was a bit of a last minute idea, it actually took 3 days and 4 phone calls to get it the few miles down the road from their depot to our address. Historic newspapers have though promised a refund of this extra cost which is good and they did respond very quickly.”

“If I had a criticism of your online service, it would be that if you buy more than one paper at a time, you're still required to buy another cardboard display box. To keep costs to a minimum, I bought both types of boxes that I purchased last, then put both papers in the higher value box, as there was sufficient space. In short, when customers are buying more than one historic newspaper in the higher value box/case, additional box/cases are surplus to requirements.”

“I ordered recently 2 newspapers for my sisters who were both celebrating Golden Wedding Anniversarys. On the first order the billing address was showing as their address, which I queried on a telephone message...A female phoned me back and was very helpful and changed it to mine..as I didn't want anything else to go out to them,except their present. On the second order it happened again..2 phone messages left no phone call back..There should be on the website a note to complete when you pay on PAYPAL to confirm who is ordering,and not who posted to only..Thank you”
