“Terrible service - I ordered a paper for a friends birthday and the wrong one was sent! I was then made to feel like it was my fault I had to send photos to prove I wasn’t lying and then I had to go out of my way to arrange to get it sent back to them before they would consider a refund! THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM OUT!! I’ve had no offer of a gesture and at the moment, a month later, I’m still out of pocket as they are yet to refund me! I would not recommend this company at all!!!”

“I ordered a football book and I’m so pleased with it. The quality is fantastic and it is beautifully presented. “Very disappointed with this service,I ordered a gift for my Father for Christmas on 6/12/19,money was debited from my account on 8th and 2 weeks later and still no gift,I sent a message and the reply was they had a large amount of orders at the same time..though they are very quick to take your money..”

“Really pleased with finished product, top quality and looks very impressive. Delivery was slightly late due to busy Christmas period however this was communicated well and I was assured I would receive product in time for Christmas. Certain recipient will be happy with their gift!”

“Still waiting for order. Very disappointed when I contacted them. Has been 3 weeks since it was supposed to arrived they told me I could pick it up from depot which is a 3 hour round trip for me. I paid for royal mail to deliver it.”

“The book was lovely but I made a mistake and noticed it straight away so I emailed them as it was about 10.30 in the evening. I got a message at 9.30 the next morning saying that it was too late to change it as they print over night. I think they should therefore have a 24hr telephone line so any mistake could be dealt with at the time.”

“Very nice idea, and a good idea to get someone that has everything. The only criticism is that I wish the box I paid an extra £5 for was actually the right size for the newspaper. The newspaper is neatly wrapped in tissue paper and seems to rattle around in the box, as it is far too big.”

“Great to receive the genuine article. At 61 years old, the newspaper came discretely repaired and with the edges guillotined to prevent further deterioration, it also comes wrapped in tissue in your chosen presentation holder. In my case, a free upgrade to the top of the range box! This will make a great gift for my partner on Christmas Day (Date of newspaper is her birth date)”
