“Sadly after I purchased some items, they emailed to say it had been damaged and was no longer available. Asked where I wanted to go from there, I asked for a full refund and to cancel my order. Purchased the Remember When newspaper book as a 70th birthday present, we are so pleased with it and can highly recommend this as a gift. We included the presentation box which is of a good quality too. We had a small problem regarding the presentation label, but this was dealt with speedly in a very friendly yet professional way. We are sure this present will be well received and can highly recommend this company.”
