“I tried recently to buy a copy of the Daily Telegraph from 1st Jan 2021 having missed buying it on the day. Order taken ok, money deducted from my account ABout a week later received email saying that they didnt have it in stock and asked what I wanted to do. Asked for a copy of Times, same date. Another email exchange -- out of stock Now getting refund So the really surprising thing is that both these papers and dates are still showing as being available on their website -- so other people will experience the same issue Surely they should accurately portray at the time of ordering if back issues are available or not !!”

The paper arrived quickly during covid times, the presentation box in which the newspaper came in was gorgeous and the paper was pristine! My dad loved this present. “This was a gift for my mum's 90th birthday. Having ordered the personalused birthday book with only 5 working days to spare, I was delighted that it was received in advance of the expected delivery date and the quality of the product was excellent. My mum, who has dementia, is enjoying looking at the historical headlines, many of which she can relate to. It is a fabulous gift for someone who suffers this illness.”
