“The tracking link failed and I got three daily courier updates to say my gift had been despatched (one after it had actually been delivered). I got to hear it had arrived the day after it was delivered The gift note was not included but my Nephew just guessed who the present was from HNP were notified and did send out another certificate and apologised”

“Aside from a few minor software glitches, encountered while placing my order, I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my dealings with Historic Newspapers. I was especially pleased with the treatment I received from Laura and Rachel, the two Customer Service representatives I dealt with in the process of finalizing my order. With their help and understanding, I was able to present my friend of over 60 years, with a memento that he described – in a voice choked with emotion – as “... just about the finest gift I’ve ever received.” Who could ask for a better thank-you – or a better tribute – than that?
