“Lovely newspaper. Received in less than 5 days (including a Bank Holiday Monday!) and also managed to inadvertently order three copies by mistake! I contacted Historical Newspapers to advise them of this error and they were very sympathetic and professional and amended my order in no time. I would highly recommend this site for a special gift and also for their customer service advice and professionalism”

“My 86 year old dad was very happy with his Bolton football book he enjoys reading it. It is a lovely looking sturdy book, delivered quickly via royal mail even though it was Christmas and very probably a covid staff shortage. I did have a problem with my first purchase but thankfully Laura at customer services sorted it out quickly, willingly and efficiently for me. I would say buy the A3 size as having seen the smaller book it is very difficult to read, I do think the website should point this out and maybe give a photoshot of print sizes to help customers with their decision.”

“Website informative and easy to navigate. My order arrived in good time, beautifully wrapped in a lovely box... +£5 for the box... However, I got the wrong date (for the birthday), I phoned customer service expecting to be told that they don't exchange... However the lovely lady accepted the error and happily gave me a refund code and advised me to order another and return the incorrect one. The correct one came within two working day's (paid priority delivery... Get Proof of postage) and the refund was processed quickly. Cant fault the after sale care. Thank you so much. X Ps.
