“Bought my father this for his birthday it was a bottle of single malt and newspaper from the day he was born which is 62! He absolutely loved it wat a awsome gift he even said the paper smelt like it did back in the day and paper was made like it was! “Thank you so much! The site was easy to navigate & I chose a local paper to commemorate my parents' first date 60+ years ago, to be sent direct to them as part of their Christmas present. About an hour later, I realised I'd chosen the wrong year. I emailed, and called, the support team. The telephone response was courteous and very helpful, my email was found and linked into the resolution process, the mistake was resolved and a replacement chosen by the end of the day. I spoke to 2 team members and both could trace my order history and the progress in resolving my mistake. Brilliant service. Thank you all.”
