“I ordered Pittsburgh Steelers book with all the newspaper clippings for my husband for Christmas. I had them put it in a special gift wrap box. It was worth the money, but I opened it because I wanted to look at it when he was outside before Christmas it’s beautiful excellent delivery. I think it was leaving in less than a week. I got it. I would recommend this company to everybody. They have other stuff than football so check it out.”

“I ordered the personalised newspaper leather book for my Dads 70th. Unfortunately the book came printed upside down and had bubbles in the leather. I’ve emailed the company to deal with the issue and got a response after 3 tries to say that they cannot do anything before Christmas and if I wanted a refund it would be in credit on there website only. I responded asking for a quick replacement or a full refund three days ago to which I’ve received no response despite daily emails requesting a reply. The product is not cheap and the quality doesn’t match the cost although I understand the bespoke nature driving the price, but the customer service is atrocious and nowhere near the level expected, I still have no idea how my issue will be dealt with or even any confidence it will be dealt with. Maybe they’ll add another year’s newspaper headline on and I could give it my Dad for his 71st!”

“I ordered and paid for an item in November fir a Christmas present. I have sent emails asking where my order is and am receiving nothing back. I have now requested a refund and again no response. They are a bad company to buy from. One star is too generous”

“The book is pretty but I’m a bit disappointed with the photos inside. They’re not articles, just the cover pages of newspaper so are often mainly a single large picture and that’s it. Every other page is blank for some reason, it would be nice if those spaces were filled with articles from the newspaper.”

“My husband will absolutely love this! I was a little bummed bc I did request the personalized name & it did not come with his name on it, but I had already wrapped the gift and tucked it away, so trying to figure it out wasn’t really worth my time. However, the book it’s self is beautifully done & I will definitely keep it in mind for additional gifts in the future”

“You all sent me a book titled a baseball history about the Chicago Bears The bears are a football team.... so you see the problem. I have asked for a new copy but no one has gotten back to me . The pictures are blurry and you can't even see what is happening in some of them.”

“I ordered a book about the Chicago Bears Football Team. The book that I received says "A Baseball History" on the front cover...also has a picture of a baseball on the cover. The book seems to have info on the football team, so that part is correct. But the cover is completely incorrect!!”

“Well so far over 3 weeks since order placed and still no sign. Trying to find out how to contact customer services difficult, not happy. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and at this moment in time not looking good as when check tracking it says still be processed. Extremely disappointed and probably won’t be using again.”

“The binding is nice and the pages "feel-ish" like old news print but super disappointed. Purchased as a gift, most pages you really have to search for the burb about the team. The pages are just bad photocopies of the original with many articles not legible. Had great expectations :( would not recommend.”

“Buyers beware. I placed an order on November 19th, 2024. 2 weeks went by with no updates and no shipping notification. I sent an email, they would respond, and then never reply to me again. In total I sent at least 10 emails. Finally they said my order wasn’t properly uploaded in the system (even though the money was taken out of my account) and they cancelled my order. First time customer and it was a Christmas gift, so not a great experience. Customer service is next to 0.”

“I am appalled at the service from this company and warn anyone buying from them. You're lucky if your order goes well, however, when it doesn't the customer service is atrocious. I ordered a book on 18th November delivery between 27th 29th November. It hasn't arrived and I've paid a lot of money. Numerous emails from me I received an email from Dawn on 1st December stating it could yake 48 hours. Still not received and more emails to Dawn and no reply. This company is terrible for their customer service and I will never buy from them again ever.”

“I ordered a book for my dad for Christmas and just received it - I have never been so excited to give someone a gift! This is probably the best thing I’ve ever found, he is going to love it. I thought I’ve given lots of good gifts in my life but this wins. I cried tears of happiness when I saw it because it exceeded my expectations on quality. Thank you for making such a cool product.”
