“I have used Holiday Gems for the last few years as their holidays are always listed slightly cheaper than competitors. Just be mindful that the final price may sometimes vary. However they it is possible to negotiate to get your holiday within budget. Overall a great company, easy to book and prompt emails, so will continue to use them”

“A lovely young lady named Sam phoned and helped me to finalise my online booking after a error was made by myself and my bank, Sam instructed me on what to do and eventually all went ahead quickly and smoothly, thank you Sam.”

“Have booked many times with holiday gems and never had any issues. Received a call (first time ever) to confirm booking and was advised the price had gone up since we booked it. I advised I wasn't paying any more and that id cancel it. Sam the rep was lovely. She spoke to manager and they kept the price the same.”
