“Great website, but as would imagine, as only booking a few days before, had to phone to book. Spoke to Martin, who was extremely helpful, efficient and explained the whole process in full. FANTASTIC! Many thanks Martin!”

Timescales to deal with enquiry can be longer, especially over the weekend since not all of our departments are working. But the correction has now been made and all is well.

“I stupidly hadn't realised I wouldn't get a confirmation at the time of booking - my fault entirely! Stuart sensed my panic and got straight on the case. I was placed on a short hold and Stuart came back and said to check my inbox and all my documents were there and for the quoted price. So quick and easy and he kept me calm whilst booking a special 40th birthday trip!”
