“First time I have used Holiday Gems. I was contacted by Martin who very kindly sorted an issue with the hotel and explained how Holiday Gems operates. Being provided with a contact number is very reassuring rather than just email communication. Overall Martin was extremely helpful with my booking. Thank you”
