“Easy booking process, great prices. Martin was lovely on the phone and super helpful!”

“Called and got through to Mark who was amazing. Holiday was booked very quickly and everything was simple and easy. I even made an error on my booking which the wife soon pointed out (I told her she should have booked it). Anyway, called back just before 17:00 and was corrected by Mark who confirmed additional booking had gone through. Would highly recommend using them to anyone.”

“Mark from Holiday gems was amazing. After a hiccup with the booking on my part he helped to put it right and got us the closest thing to my original booking that he could. He was extremely professional and helpful with everything and I'm grateful to him for sorting it out so promptly.”

“I was initially very unhappy to hear that one of the flights was unavailable for the holiday that I had booked on your website… However, Stuart was extremely helpful, understanding and knowledgable. He provided the various options to me with zero pressure to choose any particular one, and ensured that we came up with a suitable alternative that my partner and I were happy with. Stuart was mindful of the time pressures we were under due to this being a fairly late booking. He called me when he said he would, emailed when he said he would, and did not require prompting or chasing. He was polite, personable, patient and gave a fantastic impression of Holiday Gems. I will actively look to contact Stuart when we come to book our next holiday (definitely with more notice next time!) Please pass on my sincere thanks to him, and I hope that this is also passed on to his supervisors for their awareness.”
