“Great company, cheapest quote for this holiday with many y others being quite a bit more expensive. Not expecting to hear anything until at least tomorrow (as its sun) but a gentleman named Nathan phoned me to confirm there were no issues but wanted to check up with me as it popped a request on the form. Really polite, and very helpful on the phone. True to his word, confirmation docs sent withing next 10mins. Thank you”
