“Booked our 2023 family holiday after 9pm one night and received a call from Stuart before 10am the next morning to confirm all details with me. How’s that for customer service?! I loved the personal touch and care in ensuring I was happy with everything. We obviously haven’t taken the holiday yet, but if it’s as good as my experience with Holiday Gems so far, it’s going to be fabulous 😃”

“Excellent service. I found an issue at the hotel we were booked in. Rang the company and within 8 hours they changed our accommodation and forwarded me the new booking confirmation details. Great service, would recommend!”

“I have booked with holiday gems many times and will book again for my third holiday if price is good which and if not look at there other holiday agent destination 2 .the only problem is they never look after repeat customers not matter how many holidays you book you won’t get nothing.”
