“Wish classic monogram was offered on other glass styles, but still like what I chose. Ordered for a gift. Recipient hasnt received yet so cant comment on quality.”
“All items were lovely we added a bottle of whiskey making it the perfect gift.
This would have been a five but the box that held all the bar glasses, etc was ripped and looked worn. I had to put tape on it to secure the lid. This did not look attractive for it being a gift.
Therefore I have it a 4.”
“Slow site and slow on payment. Need a default if the event the customer forgets to decline the gift box or fast shipping. Had to redo the order serval times”
“The etching on the whiskey decanter was nicely done. The time from order to delivery was reasonable. The description of what was included left a lot to be desired. How many glasses would be included? The picture only shows two. Were they going to be etched or not? Can you purchase more glasses with the set? Not answered in the description.”
“Preserving selections of initial, name, phrase etc. as I tried different logo designs was a little uneven. But overall, a good experience visualizing the results.”
“Everything was perfect, except when I opened the box to look at them the day they arrived at my home and both glasses were dirty and full of finger prints. I immediately had to wash them in hot soapy water and put them back into the box to wrap for my husband that was receiving a very prestigious award in St. Louis.”
