“I love the quality and design of the glasses. The monogram itself and the etching were a disappointment. The monogram was much smaller than expected and etching was hard to see. Once it got wet you couldn't see it at all.”

“I purchased a set of personalized whiskey glasses. I received a package, on time, with my shipping label but the product and paperwork in the box was for someone in a neighboring state. I called CS. They were helpful but, 5 days later I received a package with a personalized wooden box, and wrong, non-personalized glasses. Called CS, again they were helpful. Just before Christmas I received another package, with a personalized wooden box and the same as the wrong items.
Right after Christmas I received a package with the correct, personalized glasses.
The product is nice, CS tries to help but quality control is very poor.”
