“I purchased a set of personalized whiskey glasses. I received a package, on time, with my shipping label but the product and paperwork in the box was for someone in a neighboring state. I called CS. They were helpful but, 5 days later I received a package with a personalized wooden box, and wrong, non-personalized glasses. Called CS, again they were helpful. Just before Christmas I received another package, with a personalized wooden box and the same as the wrong items.
Right after Christmas I received a package with the correct, personalized glasses.
The product is nice, CS tries to help but quality control is very poor.”
“I am actually not sure If this is going to work. I selected personalized box and I didn't get an option to customize it. If it's the same as the cups then perfect, I will rate this 5 stars if not then 3”
