“This review is purely on the ordering experience as I’m being asked to give a review after placing the order and before the person in sending it to has received it. Order was smooth, however didn’t allow for a gift note option. I immediately reached out to customer service, and received the fastest response ever when sending inquiries via email, that’s why I have 4 starts…. If I’d be able to add a gift note, I’d give all 5… the lack of star is solely related to no clear option to include a gift note… I will have to give the recipient a heads up that it’s from me as they will have no other way of knowing I sent them the gift if I don’t….”
“I love your product. You need to work on your shipping process. The product I ordered was placed in a box the box itself was worn and looked well used. The larger box it was in had bubble wrap stuffed beside it . Nothing to protect the product but the box it was in. Luckily nothing broke . But it did rattle when I picked the box up..”
