“The customer service is very friendly and fast. I would give 5 stars. But I ordered sth for a friend and they didn’t receive the parcel and sending it again costs me now 14pounds again (processing & parcel fee). This is way to expensive in my opinion. Therefore only 3 stars. The processing fee shouldn’t costs anything.”

“I was looking all over for a specific Orla Kiely Duvet and found Homecolours through a web search. I was so happy Homecolours not only had the duvet, but had matching pillowcases. I ordered both and they arrived in a very timely manner despite the fact it was traveling from the UK to the U.S. This was my first time purchasing from Homecolours, and I will definitely be shopping here again!”
