“Order still hasn't arrived despite being ordered over two weeks ago. No contact until I emailed. Apparently the order has gone missing, but if this is the case, surely it is up to Home Colours to send out a replacement to fulfil the order rather than make excuses and blame the Royal Mail Pretty poor really”

We would like to apologise for the issues that you experienced with your delivery, whilst our couriers are usually very reliable delays & issues do sometimes occur at this time of year due to the increased volumes that they are dealing with. In these instances we do have to allow sufficient time for a thorough investigation to be carried out before a replacement order or refund can be actioned.
