“Hi I have emailed a query regarding my order and asked a question of how to return items as the order did not have returns information. I have not received any further information regarding this. I am not happy with the service.”

“I ordered a delightful M M Linen cushion to match one that I already had .Disappointingly the wrong cushion was delivered by mistake..I informed the company of the error and my problem was dealt with very swiftly .I was emailed a postage paid return label the same day and as soon as my returned cushion was received ,the cushion that I had actually ordered was sent to me .I am very pleased with my cushion and it looks great alongside the other one that I have .”
